Thanks to my previous experience / experiences (in?) minding adolescents, I have become very good at organising creative activities and different games for them.

Thanks in advance. "Experience", in isolation (without further qualification), doesn't work well. Travel adds to your experience of life, travel gives you more experience of life, travel broadens your horizons, or something similar.
